The 23-year-old Norway international star player has been nominated for the honor with City partner Phil Foden on the list.

Arsenal midfielders Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice, Chelsea forward Cole Palmer, Newcastle striker Alexander Isak, Aston Manor forward Ollie Watkins and Liverpool safeguard Virgil van Dijk complete the waitlist.
